TWSAM Posted June 9, 2019 Share Posted June 9, 2019 I apologize for newbie question: two days now cannot connect to RED Dead online - here is the message I'm getting " You have been disconnected from Red Dead Online because the connection to Rockstar game services was lost [Error: 0x10001022] does anyone have any ideas? Foxwolfe Posted June 9, 2019 Share Posted June 9, 2019 Nope, I've been getting this since last night and literally nothing about my internet or PS4 has changed so I'm at a loss. Nothing from my digging around online has helped yet and I still haven't been able to contact R* support about it. Foxwolfe Posted June 9, 2019 Share Posted June 9, 2019 Well I finally got a hold of someone at my ISP, according to them it's on their end and (for me at least) caused by possible connection degradation, was just confusing as my internet seems to be working perfectly fine speed and connection wise, just not with some of R* (I can get into GTAO but not into RDO or the social club website). Either way now I'm just waiting for the automated call back from my ISP when the issue on their end is cleared up and I will try the game out again. I'm in Sparks and if it's Charter Cable you have they had a major outage yesterday. I'm having similar issues and currently trying all I can to fix this. Just weird to me how it's only affecting my ability to connect to RDO and the social club website while the rest of my internet (including GTAO) works fine.
