Target7 is a let be called expansion for Empty Slots, wanted to make something like Half Life , there playing as good like in HL 1 and there playing as bad in HL Opposing force ... now in this story you are playing as a villain 
Target7 was used to be in National Guard but his trainer Sheriff Andrew had a different plan for their success... To take Target7 in SD (Secret Department) , and after the Secret Department he will find Michael in Eliminational List and then we will see what will happen... 
NOTE: Empty Slots time was set in September 1988 , time for Target7 story was set in the end of April 1988
