i get kicked a lot of times in missions because people think i have modded rank, can i have my rank lowered to 130?

First, this is a community forum, not owned by Rockstar. (google Rockstar games support)

Second, unfortunately there is no legitimate way to lower your character's rank yourself, and you are not in this boat alone.

You have 3 options: ask Rockstar support, start a new character or do something illegitimate to lower your rank.
