god speed Posted June 9, 2019 Share Posted June 9, 2019 (edited) Play the game as it is and enjoy the ride. During the first playthrough the order of things to do doesn't matter that much. I would still advice to do the assassination missions only after finishing the story to make use of the in-game stock market and earn as much money as possible. Edit: I forgot the Simeon random event and Altruist cult shootout are missable. Neither are required for 100% completion, but delivering at least one Altruist victim is needed for an achievement/trophy. wtfsnowman Posted June 25, 2019 Share Posted June 25, 2019 Just looked this up recently myself as I am also a completion and don't want to restart the game. From what I gather, the only really missable things are the Simeon random event and the Altruist cult random event. Seems like everything else can be done pretty much whenever... except (maybe possible spoiler) Spoiler Depending on the ending you might be locked out of certain things.
