Effect Mods not working on SAMP

Hello everyone

So, this is a problem I always had when playing SAMP

For some reason, any mod effect mod, and I mean ANY, does not work properly on SAMP, but on normal SA it works just fine.
 

The only effects that loads properly are Explosions, Smoke and the bullets that comes out of the weapon when shooting, effects like Gunflash, do not appear at all.

I always install my mods correctly, following proper tutorials and Read me's, my folders are very organized and I don't see why it wouldn't work.

I play with everything set to Very High, I tried lowering quality as some people said me to do, but it does not work.

I currently have IMFX and the effects made by War Butler installed on my SA.

I don't have any confirmation over this, this is just my guess, but I think SA:MP somehow forces you to use the basic GTA SA timecyc and things like that.
