"Enjoy Your Stay" trophy problems

I've tried everything all YouTube videos have shown me and seen other things, but I need help on why the trophy won't activate (PS4 going for the platinum trophy)

Pause > Stats > Unlocks > Progress

 

You need YES for 

 

Get a Haircut
Get a Tattoo
Buy clothes
Play Golf
Play Tennis
Play Darts
Complete at least one challange in the Shooting Range
Have an Arm Wrestle
Hold up a store
Buy a private dance at the Strip Club

NB: Once you start an activity it will mark it off your list, but to count it towards the achievement, you need to finish a game

The 4 above mentioned activites/games not only require to be played with one other player but if the other player leaves the games before its end, it will show as marked in your stats but will not count for the trophy.

Make sure you play these with someone who does not leave before the end (tennis 1 set is enought, golf 1 hole is enought)
