Hi, I'm a new member to the GTA forums and I have encountered a problem with a specific mod (for GTA San Andreas). I'm aware that there are specific sections that deal with mod related issues. However, it seems that the section is not available/cannot be accessed by me. Please guide me if I should post it here or anywhere else.

The GTA San Andreas forum is NOT for Modding, Modding questions, Modding problems, nor Modding discussions.
