PC social club problem

I haven't played gta in a while I have it threw steam and when I try to launch it, it has the normal launcher and asks me to sign into social club but I have no idea what it is and if I try to make a new account or sign into another one it says that this steam account is linked to another social club account is there any way to fix this

The only way the Steam version can be played is if it's launched through Steam. Double clicking on the launcher executable or anything else won't work, as the authentication to check game ownership credentials is done via Steam or something.
