How can I find a CM group?

So, it seems rather difficult for many players to find a group to do the CM challenges.

In my case it's a question of my crazy hours time frame to play and the fact that most players already did their own CM. It's time consuming, requires a lot of commitment, patience and discipline. And it's not automatically easier if you are in a Crew, at least in my case. I'm on PS4 now, but I remember, back in the days, on PC, it wasn't easy either and it even took a few weeks to find 3 people in a very active 200 members Crew.

 

How did you guys achieve to bring four people together that are willing to do that (nowadays)? Is there a go-to-app for CM coordination? Is Reddit better for that? Twitter? Any ideas?
