Functional Rusty Browns Ring Donuts restaurants have been removed from the game at some point, probably with respective vendor, so I improvised one. I recommend using him with THIS MOD

Some sort of Iranian male ped has been deleted from the game, but only his voice lines were remaining, so I improvised one.

Fixed Mobile radar icons

Spoiler

Devs used old source while making HQ icons for mobile SA, that's why Pay'n'Spray's icon has grey spraycan, Clothes shops' icon has red circle on the T-Shirt and Emmet icon is green. I tweaked them so they look like original, LQ icons. Right click on icon and ":Save as" to download.

There was not much progress on them due to me starting an uni, but now it's closed during virus and I got plenty of time so I might get back to work soon ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

IRFYST and WMYSKAT are on my to-do list, WMYCD2 you can add on your own using tutorial from Vadim video, for earthquakes and cut dialogues I don't care, lol, I'm not scripter/coder.

Joe Pesci ped would be f awesome and btw I guess the skin of IRFYST is supposed to be the one in the third picture

and also maybe you can add some of these peds :

As you see, she has been dropped very early, since her texture is very cartoonish.Her ID isn't listed anywhere in peds.ide, or pedgrp.dat Lack of letter V (Vegas} or S (San Francisco) in front of her ID - WFYCRP - means, that she was meant to appear in Los Santos, which is odd, since there are no casinos in LS. Anyway, her appearance is very similar to another ped, WMYVA, which decrypts as White, Male, Young, Valet:

This is VWFYCRP, which decrypts as Vegas, White, Female, Young, Croupier. This ped is croupier, working at casinos in Las Venturas. There is unused ped ingame with very similar ID, WFYCRP:

Conclusion - Rockstar was planning to add casinos to LS, or alternative female croupier (since there is male croupier ingame), or female valet, according to this ped appearance. At last, they dropped her completely.
