Gta V Update Bug

Hey so after installing my update 1.46 for Gta V reloaded (I don’t have the resources for a real copy) my game started bugging out on mission cutscenes.  So what would happen is my character would go to the spot where the cutscene should start but it doesn’t happen and my character just stands there and there is nothing I can do (walk, bring out weapon, etc) to regain control of my character.  I have the most recent versions of script hook v, enhanced native trainer, and menyoo.  I have no other mods so I don’t understand how to fix the bug please please help.  I believe the reloaded version should not have anything to do with this issue as other updates came bug free.
