CamaroZ28c
Hi all, I don't get many opportunities to play anymore but I had a couple evenings alone this week and played GTA V on Steam Sunday night for 3 hours without a hitch. When I tried playing last night, I had a problem with the horn honking nonstop in every single vehicle I drove. I also couldn't get my character to hide against a wall which makes some of these missions very difficult. I am on the mission now where I am stealing a bioweapon. I am using a generic XBOX One controller that is practically new. Is it the controller, or is it possibly a game issue? I really hope it isn't the controller because I only have 20 hours on it and I am not rough with it at all. The horn is activated by pressing the left stick and the hide is supposed to be R2. Thanks for any info!
MechanicMammal
sounds like a controller issue, try a friends controller if that works then take yours back I assume your controller has a warranty? CamaroZ28c
CamaroZ28c
Thanks, I think you are right. I found an app that indicates on a controller image on the screen where and when each button is pressed and it showed the left analog stick as being constantly pressed. It does have a 2 year warranty but I still have a little time left on the return policy for Walmart so think I will just return it. Naturally, it would break when I actually have some free time to game! Thanks for the help!
