You can set up 2SV without giving your phone number. I used the Google app. It generated a code and it was done.

Just got given 75 dollars in free roam. Popped up on side of screen and went into my account, take it that's off destroyed by grief. That's never happened like that before. Still owed gold

I also just got the 75$ and 10GB during a Free Roam Mission.

 

Whats more funny is that I got 85 Gold Bars just yesterday from Rockstar Support, after I opened a ticket and asked them about the missing bonus lol

 

Probably a mistake on their part. An inexperienced R* Support employee gifted me 85GB after looking through my account and noticing I haven't receiced the bonus yet. He probably mixed up 75$ with 75GB plus the extra 10GB for the other bonus and that is 85GB. But now I also got the official 10GB from Rockstar.

 

So free 95 Gold Bars and 75 RDO$ for me this week.

I've just got my gold aswell. Yeah how on earth you get that much lol? Get it spent before they take it back

Sent in a ticket for myself as well, I wasn't going to, but then I remembered I'm still waiting for the $75. I figured there was no harm and R* Support have always been helpful with me.

I got the ten gold bars for the mission. Also got $75. The 10 gold bars for the two step verification process was already awarded. There is a long time to get the awards to pay out.

I didn't get my 10 gold bars for completing Destroyed by grief. Opened a ticket and after a few polite messages back and forth with them they did verify that I played it on Monday night. I was told to wait until Friday morning,If I don't get it, to email them back and they can add the gold manually if needed.

Another weird thing happened this past week. I played 'highly illegal' and got 85 for it. I then played the one in tall trees and got 70 for it. Then I got 260 for 'kill them each...' despite doing all these missions multiple times before. I'm not complaining but mad how you can get those payouts. Always worried about it being taken away

I got the ten gold bars and seventy five dollars for both the story missions a few hours ago. Between the ten gold bars and daily challenges, I already made back half the gold I spent on both Schofield Revolver's appearance.

I suggest giving support another shot.

 

A few weeks ago I contacted support because I was upset about constantly being disconnected right after I would clean my guns, I’d log back in and the gun oils would be gone but my guns would still be dirty.

 

I felt like I’d lost a good bit of money over time due to the disconnects so I contacted them and asked them to reimburse me RDO$100.

 

I felt it was only fair and would make me a happy customer, I got a response pretty quickly and was told they normally do not do that but that they had taken a look into the case and had decided to go ahead and reimburse the $100 into my account. 

 

I actually was pleasantly suprised as I really did not expect them to actually do it, but I figured it couldn’t hurt.

 

So I recommend giving it another shot with support, you never know they might hook you up.

Literally fed up to the teeth with support, Put a ticket in over 2 months ago, Done nothing but argue with them, They admit ive completed the 2sv put keep telling me to clear my cache for the gold to show, Absolute tossers they are

Did you try both options for clearing the cache? The first one being turning the PS4 off, waiting for it to power all the way down, then waiting like another 30 seconds longer, turning it back on and hold L1+R1 when starting up the game.

 

The second one being manually deleting the game data file. If so and it did nothing for you then I would think the trouble would be on their end.

 

Do you or have you receive/received the promotional gifts for RDO before?

Yes, I actually clear the cache every time I load game as well sometimes 2 or 3 times a day hence why I get very few disconnects or other game issues

Just a quick log on before work. Got the Racoon Hat message that says I got money from 2 step in my account. I proceed. I can choose story or online, but there’s no picture under the logo. 

I proceed. 

 

No gold

no money 

 

i call my horse. Sit on it.

it disappears from under me.

You dont get any notification that the cache has been cleared. And its utter BS that R* tell you clearing the cache will get you your gold.

 

Ive done the 2sv nearly 3 month ago and still not received the gold I clear my cache every morning when i boot the game up and sometimes several times a day when i go offline and come back on its become habit.

 

R* support dont have a f*cking clue what to advise and just reply from scripted sheets, same as a lot of UK companies that use far eastern call centers anything outside a basic script there all f*cked and dont know what or how to proceed
