SA character mods are showing up untextured and pixelated on Android.

Just started modding GTASA today. I'm doing this on a Nvidia Shield (the original version that was a portable clamshell device). The tutorials I've found for doing this on android either don't have enough information or are in completely different languages. Some I've found just say all you need is GTA img tool, the GTA3.img But then I find that you need to edit gta_int.txt under the Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/texdb/gta_int. And I ended up with this.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Just realizing I made this topic in the wrong thread. Please send it to the right place. Sleep deprivation is messing me up now.
