Cold Blooded - 45 I once tried Quite an Inspiration III, Come Back Stronger III, Strange Medicine III, Cold Blooded III against Saint Denis cops on foot with dual wielding Mausers. It was fun. I may have killed 50 or 100 cops on foot before being killed by a player. But not many may have tried this to know that Come Back Stronger is a great healing regeneration card... about to be eliminated. Cold Blooded - 44 (-2) Don't get me wrong; we're at the end of the road of "bad" Recovery cards, but I gave Cold Blooded -2 because it's the one I use the least. It's by no means a bad card per say, especially in missions, but from my own playstyle, it's not a card I use very often. I just prefer Strange Medicine, as it gives instant Health, rather than after 5 seconds.
