I found this thread discussing it: I've personally never bought it; I don't like spending money on these things, but I currently use Peak Condition, PIB, Horseman, and Unblinking Eye. Welcome and thank you as well! I'm not sure who that is, so it's probably not me. As it is, I'm only at Tier II with most of my cards. Aside from those four, I think I only have two or three other alternates that are likely still in Tier I. I can imagine if you're hurt enough for it to take effect - a little extra damage isn't going to save you. The thread gave me a good idea of what cards to choose I'm confused tbh. IamCourtney Posted May 31, 2019 Share Posted May 31, 2019 I don't have any hard numbers or thorough testing but it seems to me that in the majority of cases, each card will likely give about the same number of shots-to-kill. Winning Streak might pull ahead in cases where your target has a lot more HP than usual (Armor in certain Showdown/FR Events, Slow & Steady users, etc.) as each shot becomes more powerful than the last. With Landon's Patience the damage increase is constant from first shot to last, provided you stay within the 15 second window. You are dealing with wave after wave of enemies, getting out more bullets with more kick in a hurry, is the essence. Winning streak with dual pistols or LeMat revolvers, is my favorite. I use Langdon's Patience with showdowns. Showdowns with the Rockstar's aimbot is a curse. Headshot, die, respawn, headshot die, respawn. Between respawn and running back to the fight, 15 seconds will pass. Up close and personal, the LeMat shotgun is a one shot kill with Tier 2 LP. I am still farming the xp to upgrade to tier 3. "Waiting up to 15 seconds between shots" uh what? So like am I trying to take another shot just before the 15 seconds? Am I waiting till 15 seconds then shooting? If it's shoot before 15 seconds how exactly does the bonus damage work, is it increased the longer you wait? If I knew for sure how the damn thing worked I might be inclined to try it out. Personally I don't really feel like testing something for an effect that should be clear in the description.
