Do you tired of having no money / weapons at the beginning ?

Here's what you have to do :

1. Use the BMX in the alleyway to run down some Drug Dealers , you can get 2000+ $ and a pistol with a little ammo . ( Kill at least 5 of those Drug Dealers )

2. On the roof of Jefferson Motel ( a.k.a Orange building in the left ) You can find SMG with a decent ammo .

3. After that , go to Ganton , as always .

4. Go under the bridge , you see there is a Brass Knuckle . Pick it up .

5. Then walk behind Ryder's House to pick up a Shovel .

6. Done . Go to the rooftop of a store behind CJ's House . You'll find a Spraycan .

7. Go to left corner of Grove Street and you can get extra pistol ammo .

8. Jump over that tall fence and go under the bridge that leads you to Stadium . You'll get an armor .

9. Start the first mission and Enjoy !!

Sorry for Mistakes , i'm still learning English .

I start with doing the "Firefighting Missions" to earn money, you get to keep the miney even if failed, and when  successful Carl is Fireproof.

Then I do the "Burglary Missions", When completed Carle has Infinite Running.

Sometimes, I do the "Paramedic mission" to give Carl a Double Health.

Plenty of Money collect doing these, So, I buy a Safe House or Two.

After all that I collect weapons and body armours, THEN I take Carl Home to start the rest of the Game.

I spent a log ot time Exploring to find FREE Weapons and Armours. And Bribe Stars.

Next I do the "Gang Tags" to get the special Weapons Cache in Carl's Kitchen.

I got  page protectors, and a china marker. I check off each item  location as found, Then I can erase the marks to use the maps in the next game play.

But can you complete every 100% completion thing ( Firefighter , Police , Paramedic , Burglary , Tags , Horseshoes , Osyters , ..... )

before the first mission ? ( I know i can get out of town and find the collectibles with 4 stars police heat in your tail )

EXCEPT Save Houses , you can't bought that early game .

Safe House can be bought, as the islands open.

There are the available houses in Los Santos.

"Master Saves" usually have the side stuff collected before the missions start.

BUT, it is not necessary to do all those, I only listed the few that assist in play and are easily completed before the Home Coming.

I  did not mention flying into San Fierro to meet Kathy (to keep weapons when Wasted) because of the skill needed.

There is an exploit that can be used in future game plays. Having met Kathy &/or Barbara for some unknown reason often in replays the ability to keep weapons. The wasted/busted seems to still allow keeping the weapons  in later games without meeting them again in the current game.

In the couple hundred replays, I have NEVER finished 100%.

Is it worth it to complete Paramedic missions when Angel Pine is unlocked more than just doing it in Los Santos ?

Also where is the best place for Vigilante ?

Many say it is easier,

I don't find much difficulty in Los Santos.

For the most part the Patients are a pattern, that repeats.

(fisting off the back doors and right side door make is just a hair faster to pick them up and deposit them at the hospital.

Drive over the side walk, and park to mak trips faster)

I always struggle doing Vigilante with a police car, so I wait until I get to Verdant Meadows, break into Area 69 and steal a tank. Take it back and save it in the hangar.

I get firefighter and paramedic missions out of the way. This is great for additional money, and adds a bit of comedy to the scene where CJ claims he's "short" on cash. If you struggle with paramedic missions in Los Santos, you can go to Montgomery which is situated to the north west of Los Santos. The casualties will be spread out towards the later levels, but the roads are a lot more open and it's a welcome change of pace if you're sick of Los Santos. Firefighter is easy no matter where you go, though I tend to stick to the beach along the east side of Los Santos. This too will take you into the countryside.

I also like to do the courier mission, with plenty of bunny-hopping in between package deliveries. This will put you in good stead for the BMX challenge at the skate park, which I find a bit of a pain in the arse so I get it out of the way quickly. I go for tags during "Tagging Up Turf" and then snap up most of the properties available, using the Inside Track betting shop to further boost my money way beyond what is necessary for a playthrough. Again, a lot of the early story depends on CJ having no money so it's comedic at times to hear him bleat about needing the cash.

Tank for the Vigilante mission, but use the police bribes to drop your wanted level to zero before starting the mission.  Bribe on the road east of the military base, long drive over the train tracks to San Fiero for one in the tunnel, and another under the freeway.  Good to max out on food and fat before starting.  For the PS2 version level 300 to 400 maxs out your earnings potential for the game.

As for when starting the game, bicycling around for all the early oysters should boost your stamina enough and bike skill to make the first courier mission relatively easy.  Firefighter before parametic mission as the extra driving skill is needed more in the ambulance.  Wiping out drug dealers is a great way to boost your pistol and sawed off shotgun skill.  Buying a new clothing item is a quick way to drop your wanted level.

In Angel Pine, the casualties are all situated in that town, which shortens the driving significantly. In Montgomery, you'll get pockets in other neighbouring towns like Blueberry and Palomino Creek. It's technically quicker in Angel Pine, but I like to get the paramedic done early and I don't mind going back and forth too much. The money is helpful and you'll get a nice boost in driving skill which always comes in handy for later on.
