How can I skip any mission in the game?

So, I was playing GTA V on PC today, then I found a glitch in Dead Man Walking mission, there is an infinite loading screen after the scene Micheal gets knocked out in, Failing the mission 3 times won`t work because the loading screen comes right after the mission start scene... So I only can use save editor which will make me lose progress, So what I am supposed to do to skip this mission without losing progress? (Note: I am using official GTA V from Gamestop)
