Low ENB that fits those settings

My PC is very low but it can hold a low medium ENB with no occlusion or strong shades. I am looking for a good ENB that might fit those settings.

I'm looking for a colorful, low shades, colorful timecycle and good normal reflections. No occulision and no lensflares.

Im not a fan of ENB sir, in fact ENB is my nemesis. You can use SAGFX for car reflection, its way mooooore friendly to low end pc. Use the cubemap reflection its better than ENB. ENB reflection is sucks. For colorful you can use COLORMOD asi or custom timecyc. I prefer Ps2 timecyc mod in this forum. For ped you can use NORMALMAP asi and SHADOW EXTENDER ofcourse.

That wasn't helpful. I know how to do this but it requires a lot of time. Wasn't going to ask if that was the answer. I'm just looking for a smooth ENB.

Use Skygfx and a custom timecyc of your choice. ENB's are nothing more than resource hogs.

This is what I was able to get without an ENB.

Your mod is pretty laggy and textures don't load in time.
