The BHD Posted May 26, 2019 Share Posted May 26, 2019 I noticed that the cops know the brand and model name of the cars you drive, when you hear the police radio. And looking at the audio files with OpenIV I saw that there's an audio file for each brand and model. I was wondering, where is the car model and brand defined for each car? I mean where does the game check to see what audio should play when the cops report that you are driving a certain car? Is it hardcoded? Thanks! B Dawg Posted May 27, 2019 Share Posted May 27, 2019 (edited) Hardcoded, but with Fastman's Limit Adjuster you can actually see and change it all via config file (and fix any R* f*ckups such as the SuperGT being called a Pfister Comet by the police).
