Posse problems: not getting paid at all for missions

Just wondering if anyone else is having these problems. Me and my posse do stranger missons or story missons and sometimes we all recieve zero payment or just one of us is left out while the rest get paid. This is a pretty constant thing though with it being one or the other and of course extremely irritating.
