gta san andreas crashes with kalvin beta v3 mod

I know there is another topic for posting crashes and issues with mods but that topic doesnt open so im here asking anybody to help.

 

The problem:gta san andreas crashes with the mod (Gta San Andreas Beta v3)

even when when i downloaded it on a fresh new gta sa install with mods whatsoever even when using modloader and an unpirated gta sa 1.0 v exe

MY system(os):Windows 7 Ultimate (service pack 1)

Processor:Pentium(R)Dual-Core

CPU:[email protected]  2.50GHz

RAM(memory):4.00GB(3.22 GB usable)

SystemType:32-bit Operating System(yeah....bad)

Have you try to change compatibility mode to windows 98 yet ? It works like a charm for me sir.
