Can't join friend's posse PS4..

I submitted a bug report to Rockstar. Anybody else having this issue? He just made a persistent posse a day or two ago and can't set his posse to open and he can't send me a posse invite (my name always shows up blue whether or not I'm in a posse, as some others do - I am not in a posse when he goes to send the invite and I also removed him as a member of mine - to no avail). He can join always join mine. We've obviously closed app, switched sessions, etc. many times.
