Songojames Posted May 22, 2019 Share Posted May 22, 2019 I keep getting this glitch in the Thieves Landing location where I see Identical NPCs throughout the area. I had this glitch at the end of multiple random stranger escort missions and a regular stranger mission. I posted this on the other forum room and someone else showed a picture of him getting the glitch as well: I wasn't able to record the glitch when I had it during missions but I was able to capture seeing two identical NPCs in the area: Rockstar needs to see this so they can fix it. Next time I play the game I'll try to capture the glitch properly. I think it only happens when you do a mission that ends in Thieves Landing. I think I've only encountered this pic since RDR Online was no longer beta, I'm sure I would've posted on the forums if I encountered it beforehand. However, I would try either filling out a support ticket or submitting feedback on their website. Please check all fields and try again. Could you or anyone else here try doing it for me instead? It doesn't matter who sends the bug to Rockstar as long as somebody does it. The glitch is real immersion breaking. Here's what I try posting at "What are the steps to reproduce the bug?": "Do a mission that ends in Thieves Landing. It could be any mission I think but I've mostly gotten it so far from random stranger escort missions. It started for me when Online stopped being a beta so I can't be sure if there's any more of a pattern in terms of when it happens. Neat. The glitch doesn't always happen judging by my experience with it but if you do encounter it could you perhaps send a bug report to Rockstar? I've tried but it doesn't seem to work for me. BUT THE BENZ Posted May 22, 2019 Share Posted May 22, 2019 about that bug report thing...I think it goes through you just don't get a propper notification about that, I reported something and thought it didn't even go through but a few days later there was my reply. about thieves landing, was just fine now. saw twins at the bridge....but when I got closer (near the fence) everyone had been very individually dressed. So you're saying It doesn't need to load when I click on the Ticket number or whatever it is for it to send, it just needs to be on My Dashboard right? Yeah that twin thing happened to me too when I loaded up the game, it's the pictures I posted on this topic. Have you done a mission that ended in Thieves Landing yet? Foxwolfe Posted May 23, 2019 Share Posted May 23, 2019 Yeah I've definitely been seeing this off and on since the game came out, honestly I dunno how often I've seen it but it's sometimes super noticeable to me and I can recall having seen it quite a few times over the months. I never payed attention enough as to wonder what might have caused it but I don't often end stranger missions in thieves landing, so I've surely seen it when just riding up for no particular reason. Granted I haven't been to thieves landing much since the update dropped but then times I did were with posse members so I wasn't really paying much attention to the locals. Actually now that I think about it that time in particular we were finishing a random encounter there, guy I picked up after we loaded in from finishing a story mission wanted me to drop him off there and I ended up getting into a fight due to my mask which resulted in a big shoot out. I do recall noticing that the npcs were all dressed the same again that time, granted it wasn't a stranger missions but it was a type of mission.
