Wierd that someone have a thon of issues and someone not, i played for 5 hours this night on ps4 without any issues at all. Played in a posse, did stranger missions and last standing showdown. 

 

I have heard one can try to set up the network manually with other DNS settings. It could be possible that in some cases it must be something with the router/network on ps4?

 

I have a few other in my list that also play without any issues. And i know a mr disconnect lol

I don't know who is responsible for the writing to the online content but remove those f*ckers as soon as possible ffs. 

How did Rockstar destroy Sadie's backstory? All we knew about her backstory from SP was that she and her husband shared the work. Not much to "destroy" IMO

Yea, it came out the same time as the other one did but Rockstar haven't plugged that one yet.

Sadie's missions are at the very top of the map in Ambarino and Black Belle's missions are in the bayou

Now that the crashes have stopped for me, I can say it's a mildly heroic event week. More so for people on PS4 though. Hopefully that's given a rest soon actually - it is getting a bit old to be honest. Besides, I'm gonna bet that no one ever has or will say "Okay that's it, I'm trading my console for a PlayStation just so I can play another showdown mode on Red Dead Online and have a free horse!"

As I said. The update didn't change the fact that the loading times are a disaster and they still didn't bring back the 'announcer' and Mexican standoff from RDR1.

 

Besides it's boring as hell. No thank you. Maybe the Summer update will change things.

I reckon the Blackwater heist will be a mission one day. We know Arthur's voice actor was recording new dialogue so could be for that?

I honestly believe that it would be more of the Van Der Linde's giving free-roam missions, currently, the story in Online is about LeClerk and her revenge, it seems that in the next batch of missions we'll be after the last two people, Grace and Jeremiah. It seems this story should be concluded first before making a new one. Though I believe it may cross over w/ RDR2 at some point.

Yes lets hope for a big heist with the gang members in the future!

 

Im happy so far with the two last updates, it’s only been 6 months since the release, and so far it’s more then what GTA Online was at same stage

Kind of had to add more at a quicker rate earlier on here though, GTA:O had 10 times the content at release. If this game was updated as slowly as FAR to begin with, it would have seriously hampered RDRO.

On the upgraded saddlebags still not being able to carry 5 or 10 outfits instead of 3, R* should realize that more outfit slots mean more clothes purchased. It would for me anyways. The three slots are way too limiting and after all this counts as a bug too. Fix it, R*. Can’t be that many lines of code required either and it would do nothing to hamper the performance of the game.

 

Haven’t been on to check out any of the content and though it all sounds good I can’t say I’m overly excited. I’m a bit let down by the fact that Sadie’s and Black Belle’s missions seem to be copy-pasted from the ones already in the game. I like to play ’em but a bit more variety would be very welcome.

 

Also; what the f*ck have R* done to the global signal when you steal wagons? I know, it’s in our favor, but come on. A couple of nights ago I had the global signal go off when I was literally 40 ft from the yellow area. Way too easy. I want some excitement!

You think that getting her home robbed, Husband murdered, raped and abused suddenly made her a rootin' tootin' cowaboy-a-shootin' "badass"? No, it mentally and physically broke her. It made her angry and bitter, gave her cause to let out her angry nature. She said that Jake was the sweetest and best man she ever knew, when he died she did, not physically but spiritually.

I could easily fill 10 outfit slots, with outfits that I like and would wear, from the clothing I already have, nevermind what is still to come.

 

The 5 outfit slots we should already have access to would do for now, but the 3 we actually have just isn't enough.

 

I'm a sucker for character customisation, I'm sure others are too, R* really are missing a trick by limiting our options to the degree that they currently do.

In storymode Sadie tells Arthur she and Jake runned the ranch together, she did ranchwork, hunting, etc. This totally fits the Sadie we meet online...

I have been telling the Sadie detractors this for months and months. She did not just become a "badass" after Jake died. She was always one. It is possible to have strong female characters without them needing a tragic event that made them badass. Women are not just delicate little flowers that sit meekly and do as the husband says until a tragedy befalls them.

Agreed! Sadie makes my list of top 3 favorite video game characters of all time. And I think that the backstory we've learned from her stranger missions line up with the information given in SP perfectly. 

 

She was always a badass and always knew how to handle a gun and that's exactly what she was trying to prove in the SP mission where she goes into Rhodes with Arthur
