Yes, I know... those black and white shapes around the plates are kinda ugly, but there's no way to take them away because GTA San Andreas uses .bmp images in every license plates (and this format doesn't allow transparency), so basically I can't do anything about that. I put them there because they give a "rounded" shape to the license plates. Anyway, I'll try to find a way to change that!
