2 days ago I fully upgraded my Insurgent Custom Pickup. This morning I call it in and IT'S COMPLETELY STOCK! I tried a restart and different sessions but it was still stock, tried putting in a support ticket but it wont let me and since rockstar doesn't have live support this was the only other place I could think of. This is bs...with all the trolls online these days,I worked hard to buy it and upgrade only to find that now its stock. 

 

Any ideas?

You're not still calling the Pegasus version hoping for your Personal, customised one, are you? 

 

Rockstar Support does have a live chat facility, and there shouldn't really be anything stopping you from putting in a support ticket. 

 

EDIT: Indeed that was the case, as discovered in the thread linked below.
