The official stats page appears to have buckled under the COVID interest peak, but EOC has a third party stats page here. Also, if you're experiencing errors with getting packages, make sure you pause and unpause the folding some time to reset the timeout. The timeout between server requests will increase each time it fails in order to avoid overload on the servers, so if you get a few of those in a row you'll be idle for hours waiting for a new server request.
