I want to replicate the PS2 look and use some other mods as well ... does a software, similar to the San Andreas one exist? It was all pretty straightforward with this software and I easily managed to have the game looking like the PS2 version ... however I cannot do it with Vice City so help is much appreciated! Yinepi Posted May 22, 2019 Share Posted May 22, 2019 A tool like this doesn't exist as far as I know, but to downgrade all you need to do is find a 1.0 executable.
