Social Club account with old gen data to PC

Recently, my old PS3 account is banned when afk-ing because modders got to it. Now I'm moving to PC. Will linking the old social club account to PC will carry over the ban or should I just use an alternate social club account?

What's the social club name or perhaps instead, do you know if you're banned "Permanently from GTA Online" or "Permanently from Social Club Services?"

In any case, creating a new SC account is probably the best bet, and then linking your PlayStation Network ID should allow you to receive Returning Player Bonuses.
