The next mission, he says u have to, show the world how pissed off u are and u have to fill the chaosmeter. I cant even get it to go up at all! what am i supposed to do to get it up?!?!?! sensory Posted April 15, 2003 Share Posted April 15, 2003 tip: blow up a car, and keep shooting at the blown up car. your meter will keep going up, even though you're not actually destroying anything. either that or park a tank outside the bar before the mission, and use that run over anyone and anything.
