A long time ago, in forgotten lands of the Pacific Ocean, lived people long before their own time, with a monarchical political system and social classes, divided in Six Great Nations who lives for a long time in harmony. In the Capital, the city starts to plan the great meeting of the six leaders, who seeks to keep the peace between the nations through diplomatic conversations. In the Colony forests, the Young Prince seeks to form a new crew of counselors while surrounded by snakes who wants him dead. In the South, the right arm of the Queen of the Bay tries to conciliate the interests of her Queen and her own sister, leader of another nation and her main opponent. In the Tiger’s Lair, the Queen takes care of her King, weak due to an attack, while he tries to find trustworthy substitutes for the great meeting. And in the North Mountains, the King of Tall Town starts to plot an investigation against other leaders he mistrust. But will he be able to keep his cover in order to maintain peace, even if it means to participate of this whole toast for vipers?

Check here more info about characters and the nations of the Forsaken Lands.

The Capital

The Capital is the heart of the Forsaken Lands. It’s the main point for the commerce of the continent, and also the point where the main rulers reunite to discuss the politics. It’s not ruled by any specific names, and the power of the city is in the hands of the high born habitants, most commonly holders of great fortunes and high role military. The Capital is not focused on any militar matter, instead the military power of the Forsaken Lands is distributed through the Six Kingdoms.

The high borns of the Capital, participants of the Great Council of the Forsaken Lands

In the forests of pine and oaks, north of the Capital, is located the Colony, a city of immigrants built in the middle of the woods. The Lions of the Colony, as they're called, are the most diverse population of the Forsaken Lands, and their army one of the best, having huge units of infantry, cavalry and even navy, but lacking of aviation due to the improper ground that forbids any training with air vehicles.

Chapter 2 is not work. please help...

It requires DYOM v8.1 only, the official version of Dutchy and Patrick. Do not run it on Springfield's DYOM v8.2 otherwise it will crash.

Just gonna leave this here.

I'm having crash issues with the 'Ashley I' mission as well, and so is ZekoX and Andrej. THBP is aware of this (through Discord). I think he'll fix it soon.

Yes, guys. I'm aware a considerable number of people are having trouble with the second mission and I will try to fix it as soon as possible.

I 2nd Target's response. The setting is really amazing. The story and dialogue is unique and not a theme that I've seen in dyom. I'm curious to know what may be causing crashes for others as it played really well for myself.

Hey, for those people having trouble playing the "Ashley I" mission, including @Black Fox and @ERFANIREG, I found a way to fix it and be able to play the mission.

Download Open Limit Adjuster and extract the contents into your 'scripts' folder in your GTA San Andreas root folder. Now, reopen GTA and try loading the mission, it should work now!

Credit partially goes to @Target13 actually, since I asked him which mods he uses in order to discover what made him able to play the mission without any issues. He was using a mod that includes multiple components including this limit adjuster, and through some testing I discovered that the limit adjuster is in fact what caused me to be able to run the mission.

In case you do not want to install the limit adjuster, keep in mind that the limit adjuster consists of only two entirely new files that require no overwriting of original game files, so you can easily uninstall it by just removing the two files whenever you want to.

Please note that since the mission contains a large number of huge objects, it may lag for less-powerful devices. The existence of many objects is the reason that in fact causes the mission to crash for most people who do not use the limit adjuster.

Don't skip this mission at any cost, it's a fantastic mission which really exhibits @The Half-Blood Prince's skill in object placement. His object placement and scene-building is so effective that at some parts you feel that you are playing an entirely new game, not some downloadable content that was created using a mod of GTA SA.

That explains the problem. Thanks for this suggestion, I will try it. And of course I won't skip his missions because I know how amazing they are. I am very grateful if this works,

Alright this is weird.. I downloaded the Open Limit Adjuster and it seems to crash my game. I have no mods other than first person mod installed on my GTA SA. Any solution?

That seems quite weird... Did you put it into the scripts folder?

I'm not really sure why the limit adjuster is causing a crash for you, that shouldn't be the case. You could probably try tweaking some of the values in the .ini file. Maybe decreasing some of the values might work. It all depends, really. How powerful is your computer?

Well, but if it continues to be problematic, you might have to uninstall it (by just deleting the III.VC.SA.LimitAdjuster.asi and the III.VC.SA.LimitAdjuster.ini file).

But this is really strange because limit adjuster is a very commonly used modification that is highly compatible with other mods too.

Well, I did put the files in the script folder as instructed and I don't think it's my computer because I could run some ENB before with lags but not crash and considering they are graphic mod and crashes for low end computers(this is why I delete them). Maybe I could try to tweak the .INI file and sees if this works. I'm currently on phone so I'll send the computer specs later.

Prince Paul is a 19 years old boy who is the first in the sucession line for the throne of the Colony. Paul is known for being kind and good for his population, but is also hated by part of it, for being too much protected in the palace and for not knowing the reality of the poor in the Kingdom. Since the death of Paul's father, the former King, the Colony is ruled by a provisory King, George, until the Prince gets to the proper age (20).

I played the third mission of this installment "Chronicles of The Forsaken Lands #1 A Toast For Vipers" entitled "Paul I". I understand that this has been mention a lot about your scene architecture but this one is simply mind blowing. I had the urge to look around and watch the character interactions but I was disciplined to stick to playing the mission straight through.

Paul's philosophy differs from those of his cohorts, one of them being Sophia. I won't spoil the mission's plot by going into detail but I must say, I enjoyed it. As a writer myself, my sentence structure isn't perfect but some of the dialogue feels off (understandably its not your first language, so kudos for writing this well).

I'm excited to see what's next. Thank you for pushing the envelope and giving up something a little more than just entertaining to play.
