You will only meet with Trevor after having played a mission proposed by Gerald called "Meth'd Up" Once you pass that Meth'd Up mission, you'll get a call from Ron asking you to come visit Trevor at his trailer. You may need to play "Meth'd up" from your phone not from the missions menu. Gerald normally sends you an invite to this mission. After which Ron should call you to go meet trevor at his trailer Spoiler because the Jouney you've stolen in Meth'd up mission belongs to TPI and Trevor is quite unhappy with you You have to meet Trevor.
