GTA San Andreas flashing the screen in Windows 10

A short time after migrating from Windows 7 to 10 I'm having some problems with GTA San Andreas, only with this game, others are not with this bug, only himself, I already placed WidescreenFIX and did not change anything, the game during the gameplay is with the screen flashing, sometimes shows the desktop and back fast, in SAMP is the same thing, I have updated drivers and nothing.
My GPU is a: GTX 750 1GB
My CPU: AMD A10 7700K Overclocked 3.8GHz
And my RAM: 6GB Kingston KVR1333D3N9/2G & 4G
