I see it as giving more time to your opponent(s) to put you down #5 - Two hit torso kill almost guaranteed even on high level players. In that situation you might wait a while anyway, wait for them to slow down, take cover or something so you can pick them off. You can get them when they're running too, but of course it's trickier and you use up more ammo. Fighting closer up - yeah, not so much. Maybe if you just sat back in cover?
