(PC) Military Crew

We are coming along nicely but need more active engaged members.We are a Military crew based in Grand Senora Desert Airstrip We have many divisions and many roles to be filled. We enjoy having fun and dominating servers. Show us what you have got and we may be able to fast track you through the programs.  Below is a list of rules that must be followed. 

 

 

1. English Only 2. No Spamming 3. Spamming, toxic or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated 4. Keep chats somewhat SFW 5. No sharing of private information 6. ALL vehicles on duty MUST have realistic paintjobs 7.All trainees must complete the basic training to become privates and after that the can choose wich force they want to be 8.All members must RESPECT the hierarchy 9.All members must wear the CORRECT UNIFORM and have MILITARY STYLE HAIRCUT 10. NO TATTOOS and NO FACIAL PAINT (this allowed after trainee FINISH the basic training and become PRIVATE 11. All Military Vehicles Must have One of the following paint jobs: Matte Desert Tan, Matte Olive Drab, Matte Black 12.ONLY SPECIAL FORCES AND PARATROOPERS CAN WEAR MOSS BERET 13.ALL NEW MEMBERS MUST ADD THE HI RANK MEMBERS IN GTA FRIEND LIST

What the 21st is all about. We are a PC Military crew that is fun and organized. We are a group of organized military minded men and woman who fly close shoot straight and take control of the situation at hand. We have a wide verity of things that we do as far as grinding for money, taking over servers in downtown and some times a little role play. We are still in the process of building this crew so bare with us and help fill our ranks!!!! Hey there rookie! Welcome to the 21st ARMED FORCES. Here you will learn Discipline, Strength, & Honor. Through training, you will rank up as seen fit. Rank ups will be done for many factors including Being Active, Doing well in PvE or PvP, being able to lead a squad well, or being able to follow orders Every mission we preform we will ensure excellence and precision in all that we do.

I think I would rather scoop my eyeballs out with my own dick than play in a Crew like that. It just screams of little people (personality) who would abuse their "authority" to make themselves feel important.

 

If you want to recruit people to your crew then dont go the whole bloody 1984 in the recruitment speech.

Ye, but what's included in that training? Like fighting against Oppressors or something?

Everyone must endure basic training which is some pretty simple stuff like 1v1 vs a training officer and some pretty simple things to become private. From there we will train you based on which ranch you would like to be a part of. We have an armored division, air force and infantry divisions based on what you choose to do. We dont use oppressors as of yet. We are speaking of making a Men in black squad for the alien guns and bullsh*t vehicles.

Glad to hear your concerns, yet our crew is well organized and we have a good understanding of respect towards one another. Sounds like you arnt interested in a military crew to begin with.

The nonchalant attitude wont work with me. I did not say you are not "well organised" or respectful, I simply said that the way you explained it was bad. There is a fine line between fun and not having fun and your recruitment speech passed that line ages ago.

 

I have been in these Crews before for multiple games like ARMA, CS/CS GO and even one for DayZ. They are all the same, small and insignificant people puffing out their chests and demanding respect and authority and punishing those that dont play along with their little fantasy by threatening to remove them and cut them off from the friends they have made. Sounds like a cult to me.

I love the idea of themed Crews and groups and who does not love a little role play inside their games...and out of them...

All I am saying is that the way you presented your Crew I have seen multiple times before in far more hardcore games and they all ended up being the same thing.

 

Perhaps promote the fun part and lessen the "RESPECT MAH AUTHORITY!" digital Napoleon complex hmm? Just some food for thought.

We have still yet to do any role play. it is a game and it is for fun.
