Is motion blur on by default or do I have to adjust the motion blur strength scale for motion blur to take effect? MarshallRawR Posted May 9, 2019 Share Posted May 9, 2019 Motion blur should be off if the scale is empty (but I've seen report that a small percentage remains). The higher you go, the stronger the effect is going to be when you move the camera or hit something while driving for instance. If you still got some motion blur with the bar to 0, then lower your PostFX setting to Normal, that should take care of it.
