GTA SA Android: Can't talk to pedestrians anymore after completing mission "Homecoming".

Hello, all. I have tried to figure out why after completing the mission Homecoming, I can no longer receive comments from pedestrians. This only happens on the mobile version, never happened on PC or console as far as I can tell. This is one of the coolest features in the game. Does anyone know how to fix it?
