I am currently making a Alpha Mod for GTA IV to remake the 2004-2007 build's of the game.

do you have a pics ? and is this a modpack? when yes and do you not have a permission from the modder ? see below

"Mod Packs:
Mod packs are not allowed under any condition, even with permission from the authors to upload their mods. We promote people to work on their own mods here instead of uploading a pack of other peoples work and calling it a 'mod'.

If you upload a mod pack that includes mods without the permission from others, you'll be guilty of mod stealing. You can find the punishments of stealing mods down below."

Whoops, sorry i am new to modding i still do not know how thing work around here, forgive me i do not know how to make car mods, mission scripts, or peds, anims, etc.
