KingAJ032304
Which characters from Saints Row would make great characters in GTA if it was like an alternate universe where they were retcon and born in the GTA multiverse instead of the Saints Row Multiverse? I really would love to see Dane Vogel and the influences of Ultor in Los Santos or something! That could be cool and they team up with the IAA or FIB or something. This is especially true with the way GTA Online is heading! Edited April 29, 2019 by KingAJ032304 Jeansowaty and AmigaMix
god speed
The Saints Row protagonist could replace the GTA Online protagonist for actually having a voice and also better character customization options. I don't really care about others, I neither like the direction of GTA Online or the Saints Row franchise after the 2nd game. ten-a-penny, Copcaller, SirWillC and 2 others

Zello
Julius even if he did betray the the main character I loved him as the leader of the Saints. I could see us doing some missions for him. Alderman Hughes would have been a better replacement for Devin Weston. He played the big evil powerful guy with money and connections that could kill you so well. So did Dane Vogel though I kinda found him annoying. Keano
Don't really care much for Saints Row after Saints Row 2 (the best alternative to GTA made in my opinion, and then I don't what happened lol). I would agree on Dane Vogel being in there but can't really think of anyone else. One thing about Saints Row 2 and I suppose all of them when you remove the shenanigans, all the characters never seemed to be ripped from GTA especially in the second game where even the gangs were different despite Saints being purple and Samedi being green. I suppose the Brotherhood may be suited to a GTA game more than the others in my opinion, but even they are a vast difference to the GTA way. The Coconut Kid
Troy Bradshaw. I don't think we've had an undercover cop in GTA before -- just references to them. Michelle from GTA4 is the closest thing but she didn't actually partake in criminal activities with you. Beato_dim
Johnny Gat, as people previously mentioned. And Julius (in SR1, i haven't played SR2) is a better version of Sweet. Jeansowaty
I'd go with Dane Vogel too. Gotta say, SR2 nailed him as the main antagonist. He's a dickface corporate owner, a character like him would suit maybe in a reboot of Anywhere City and he would be the boss of the Zaibatsus. One thing I liked about Steelport over Stillwater was the dystopian city vibe. Like all of the transportation networks are not working and rail bridges are broken and the constant construction scenario that spawns. It feels really fitting for a open world crime game. It did feature a lot of copy paste, but I think that's to be expected from a developer with a much less of a budget than Rockstar. I've had a few glitches, but those are just that and hardly worth complaining about. SR3/IV have been very smooth for me compared to SR2. I'd rather take a game with less features but can actually get 60 fps, than a game with much more features but hiccups and struggles to get 25 fps even on top-of-the-line hardware. The music stores got cut because it wasn't 2005 anymore and it doesn't really make much sense to force people to buy the soundtrack at an in-game store with game money in a digital age where the vast majority of music is streamed online or bought digitally. Deep meaningful title screen? Is such a subjective thing that it doesn't even count. Food is kind of pointless in a game that gives you regenerative health. Must be talking about PC because on Console this don't happened to me 2. I like the immersion of just having it to be honest I even did a bunch of role play with it. I mean by that logic you don't really need radios in game but you know 3. Saints Row 1 showed different shots of Saints Row while Saints Row 2 showed all the shots of gang territories you take over in a specific order while also showing off newly designed areas as well subtly while Saints Row 3 and above just showed random shots but I agree I over exaggerated it lol 4. Oh trust me food saved my life a WHOLE BUNCH of times. Also just like the second thing i said, I also like the immersion of having it and watching my character buy and eat from it. With those aside do you agree with my main points? Edited June 10, 2019 by KingAJ032304

Sunglasses
I feel like a lot of the cast can work in the wackier environments. I could see SR2 Shaundi and Gat fitting in somewhat well in the 3D universe, especially in the crazier San Andreas.
