If Junior is up to make a GitHub account and submit a pull request... But I doubt so.

Plus, that's a Cleo mod, definitely not the ideal solution.

From not mentioned here: 

 

  • Some missions show black screen: Cleaning The Hood (after entering Crack Den building) or Cesar Vialpando (after entering to tune shop) or during robbering betting shop with Cattalina (after leaving the place [+ indestructible doors by detonator with unlocked framerate]), and Vertical Bird (after entering the ship the game crashes).
  • Mike Torreno (on entering the airport) gate is locked

I know Silent Patch doesn't fix fps issues but I remember seeing the Cleaning the Hood black screen got fixed there.

Update 02/08/19 (DD/MM/YY)

  • Fixes are now also available for GTA III and GTA Vice City!
  • Fixed helicopter rotor rotation acceleration and deceleration in GTA SA. I haven't got the same on GTA VC yet.

Could someone tell me why "CHeli::Render" is not run on GTA VC? Isn't there where the rotor speed is processed? Feel free to contribute if your know.

Sorry for bumping this one and I don't know if it has been reported either.

But with the frame limter turned off you can push cars really really easy (just tested with CJ' walking towards them)

They are much more heavy weight if you turn the frame limiter to on.

 

Edit: I have never heard of the Ketchup glitch Pishagamer007 talked about.

If you didn't heard of it either. Read the description of the video.

Btw, seems nice to fix, since it kinda ruins a game mission.

Any possibility this could fix the weird FPS tanking issue in GTA III with the game's PS2/PC fire effects? I have tried 60 FPS with the game using the Limit Adjuster and whenever the PS2/PC fire effects are present and the player is around the area of the flames, it brings the frame-rate to a crawl unless it's capped back to 30.

Sad, diving didn't seem to work for me :( .

Instead, it's really hard to swim to the surface.

 

It works noramlly when Framerate Vilgante is unistalled and frame limiter set to on.

 

Edit: Normally working sirens was awesome to have! Thanks!

 

Update, for GTA VC:

 

1. Driving in sand is super slow (I have not tested but I guess fps is the issue)

 

2. Reverse only works when frame limiter turned to on.

Update 07/09/19 (DD/MM/YY)

  • Fixed: Buoyancy fix is now only enabled on the player as it is only needed on it. This fixes the bug of non-floating NPCs, cars sinking faster than normal etc.
  • Added [III/VC/SA]: Fixed wrong wheel spin speed on NPC cars with fake physics.
  • Added [VC/SA]: Difficulty gaining speed with the Skimmer plane in the water, being impossible to take off.

I'm ignoring all bug reports that is not informed the FPS at which the bug happens (as I asked before).
There are bugs that you guys mention that only happen above 100 FPS. Honestly, why do you want to play this game over 60 FPS? This only makes sense in competitive games, and almost all of you should have a 60hz monitor.

However, I understand the exceptions, speed bugs happen on any FPS, but even so it is important to know if it really is something important to be fixed. The Skimmer bug (which has now been fixed) is an excellent example, it was something that really needed to be fixed because it made it impossible to use a game vehicle.

 

Yes, Fender Ketchup bug happens even with 60 FPS, so need to be fixed fast too, but I don't know how to fix it yet. I'm almost sure that is totally a main.scm issue.

HOLY sh*t THE SKIMMER BUG! That was so annoying.

What about that annoying shaking vehicle thing? It happens at 60 FPS for sure.

problem is that those bugs which happens at over 100FPS happens at over 60FPS too, but aint so easy to see.

At least in Brazil is still rare people using monitors above 60 hz.

But we need to focus on the 60 FPS bugs first, there are dozens already.

From what i remember, if you turn off frame limiter in VC, Boats have low speed(probably is same issue that got fixed in SA). Sometimes i encountered vehicles, which skips shifting gears, something similar as Remastered GTA SA has.

Minor.

What I found when limiter is set to off, and you are playing collection missions with spinning "rings", these will rotate with twice speed.

I think I found smth; 

If you use limiter off, left the game in the bar, and you often exit/enter it the dialogue in missions will be very fast

Also, the police bikes sometimes feel slower (BTW; I'm using the RGL version of SA)

What's the best way to see your FPS and should you limit your FPS to 60 or 30 or something? I think I gonna do some tests.

I would recommend you to use Fraps to see your FPS

As for FPS limit, I really don't know.

Rivatuner is your best option for both FPS monitoring and capping.

I don't know if this was already reported, but having the frame limiter disabled makes every car handling very stiff and rigid, especially when turning or powersteering/drifting. This bug is present on III, VC and SA.

This should have already been fixed along with vehicles rolling out too fast, but good point
