In the Mission Drive Thru why does Big Smoke call you thin even if you have max fat?

You'd think if you have max fat or high fat during that mission it'd edit that line or remove it completely, but it doesn't, why is this?

For the same reason Ryder says "You're looking too skinny, CJ." when having max fat in the mission 'Ryder'.

The Publisher did not believe that the player would fatten up the Carl, until much later, LIKE when the the Fast Food Places were opened.

Or maybe the publisher didn't know the player would used cheats in that mission, I would like to see the developers enabling the cheats after the story completed or remove (full fat- muscle- etc.) cheats.

You don't need cheats to get lots of fat without fast food places. Vending machines give you fat. A very tiny amount, but given enough time, you can get max fat from a vending machine.

You unlock fast food places before Drive-Thru though.

For Big Smoke, CJ is still thin. You know,for example, (just example) if i compare a 40 pounds guy with 60 pounds guy, for 40 pounds guy, 60 pounds guy is fat, but for anyone above 80 pounds, 60 pounds guy will not be a fat guy .
