(DON'T HAVE SCREENSHOTS) All I remember was she was wearing a blue skirt and blonde hair. Please guys I can't find her anywhere. (She spawns in the rich city areas like Playboy's Mansion and Maze Bank). Can anyone help me find this one female pedestrian?

2. Find the ped model you’re looking for

3. Cycle the components until you find the outfit you want
