I'm not downvoting Fight Another Day at this point because it's active when you are sprinting with your horse too. It has saved me a few times.

How much does it reduce damage while sprinting at tier 3? 

 

When we had the 30% boost to Ability Card XP I bought a few cards that I thought might be useful in a defensive freeroam build once the offensive/defensive play styles are introduced, got the 10k XP but held off on upgrading until we get to see how the play styles work.

 

Just wondering if you can noticeably take an extra shot or 2 while sprinting? If so I might get it up to tier 3 anyway.

I have not done experiments with it, but at least 3 times someone started shooting at me while I'm galloping and they did not kill me. One guy was Mausering or SemiAutoPistoling and it only took a little health with each shot (yes they are weak, but he fired a lot of bullets). I have it equipped currently in Free Roam. (Funny enough I have most of the green cards, but I use almost none of them, lol.)

 

Quick google search gives a reddit result that says:

"Test was: Sprint towards him, he would body shot with pistol (not that it matters but Mauser) at about 20 feet. Try with and without card equipped.

I had card at rank II. Found without it equippedI was taking roughly 1/4 circle health hit, with it equipped was taking about 1/8 circle health hit."

 

Would need more testing, or googling, lol.
