SA: either Cesar, Woozie, The Truth, or Mike Toreno. Tough one between those four.. IV/EFLC: Everyone EXCEPT Playboy X, Brian Jeremy, Manny Escuella, Evan Moss, Mori Kibbutz, Yusuf Amir, and Elizabeta Torres (I am just simply neutral with the last two) V: Michael. The vast majority of other characters in that game have even LESS personality than Chop and Chop is a freaking dog!
