Frisker
So I have this problem, and I can't find solution from Google. So I just reinstalled GTA V yesterday after about 2-3 years, downloaded the updates and stuff. Now I have this car entering problem, it seems to be completely random, sometimes I can play 30 minutes to an hour, sometimes it's few minutes. Just at some point when I try to switch cars, it crashes. It hasn't occured, atleast yet, if I spawn them with trainer. Specs: GTX 750ti 2gb i5 2310 2.9ghz 8Gb RAM Windows 7 Ultimate I have only few mods installed: Simple Foot Controls Simple Native Trainer Realistic Driving 2.5 by Killatomate I would post the log files from \My Documents, but for some reason my game won't write anything there. Last entries are from when I launched the game for the first time today, I even tried moving the file, but nothing happened. I have the disc version, if that matters. Oh, I also use the LauncherByPass patch to prevent it from downloading any more updates/verifying my cache removing my mods again.

Just a curiosity: you said you're using a trainer for spawning cars, right? If so, have you noticed with which cars the game crashes? I think you're trying to spawn vehicles added with the latest Online DLCs, from what I heard Rockstar added a type of "protection" by not allowing the player to use online vehicles in singleplayer. However if that's the case, there should be a mod that disable this protection. On GTA5-Mods there's this mod (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/mp-vehicles-in-sp) but, according to the info, you now need Simple Trainer V and Add-On Spawner for spawning Arena War cars. Solution Frisker Posted April 23, 2019 Author Solution Share Posted April 23, 2019 (edited) I haven't noticed it crashing with any specific cars, and also it never seems to crash when I use the trainer, just when I press F to enter any. The game runs pretty well actually, I can have med-high settings with 50+ FPS, but I did lower them just in case. Didn't help much in FPS but RAM and CPU usage sure went down. This problem though is really getting on my nerves, since it really makes me not want to play it.. and also since it takes 60gb of my hard drive space. I'll be sure to try that mod later today though, see if it fixes anything. EDIT. Fixed by installing Rage Plugin Hook. No idea why, but it works.
