Well because I rename the bone on Cutscene Model and then merge on in-game model, I did notice that but i can't figure out how to moving the gtaiv bones rigs it keep reseting when I edit.

Just downloaded and installed. This is black magic that I cannot understand. Marvelous job.

 

Only issue I noticed so far is that Luis has a crease on his head back during Three Leaf Clover. Also for some reason, in the Gracie folder, you copy pasted the same main files. You should delete those, for a lower file size. Also Gracie's TBOGT model uses the same pants texture as in IV, so you could reuse that since it's HQer.

 

BTW, update the OP with the new link pls.

 

EDIT: Would it also be possible to make Ray wear his default outfit for every mission other than "Harboring the Grudge"? Right now he keeps wearing his leather jacket. Also Tony's hands are bugged during Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend.

Dope work, really adds up to how GTA IV should have been in the first place ;) a little tip, Roman in GTA IV has low res textures, though you can find HQ versions in his cutscene variants/TLAD. On top of that, he's missing the hair texture, which also exists in the cutscene version. Perhaps you can put that in too?

-Change Uncle Vincenzo’s Clothes in the Beginning Cutscene of  Mission “Party’s Over” too match like Second Cutscene.

-Johnny and Ashley’s Eye Colors Changes to match form GTAV.

-Malc’s Cutscene Jacket Texture for Ped Model and his Fix Hands Texture.

-Marta and DeSean’s High Texture Hands for their Ped Models.

-Add TBOGT Luis Ped Model have Hair Mesh for GTAIV and TLAD.

By the way, did you manually work on the ingame textures of Billy's gloves and Ashley's hands to turn them into HQ, or did those HQ textures already exist somewhere in some other ped textures within the game's files?

It is a raw neck without Roman clothes coming out. I can't see my clothes, so please fix it. (The script has not changed, the mission is Mission Pegorino subordinates after Roman's wedding.

I not sure how I can fixed this, because i check on the original model in the Final Mission his neck stick out too, just like my one.

Yes, I did with the other characters for they skin colors on their hands such as like Jim, Malc, Marta, Bulgarin GTAIV to match his hands skin TBOGT, DeSean and TBOGT Hands too.

By the way, I've just found out that the ingame hands' texture of Karen (a.k.a. Michelle) doesn't match the cutscene one.

 

I copied the cutscene texture onto the ingame's hands. Here it is in case you wanted to include it in your mod.

I understand that the problem of the Roman (wedding suit) uppr_002_u was not loaded properly. If the file name can correct the problem of ig_roman and ig_romanw (as understood in OPENIV) uppr_002_u, please. (I am sorry many times.)

Cool that you fixed it. Right now there may be just one thing - Ray Bulgarin in IV has messed up mapping for his shoes. I made a fix for that (also mixing his TBOGT mesh together) once.

Also, his in-game shoes have low quality textures compared to the cutscenes. Well, that was already fixed in the last update.

By the way, I've noticed that the uppr_normal_002, uppr_spec_002, lowr_diff_001 and lowr_normal_001 don't have high textures in Roman Wedding Suit's ingame ped.
