hi

today 4.12.19

 

more than once the quick join events said, not available at this time

the story mission select screen had a lock with 0% completed,

I checked the Rockstar link of services, and it didn't show any as being red or not available..

 

what's up with this?

 

everything else was working player, vendors and such
