The new dlc is getting close and Facilities go on sale every few weeks.

 

Let's put it that way, even with trade price, most of vehicles are not worth what they're asking (RCV, Chernobug & Avenger). They're just fancy decorations for your Facility's garage. Best to pick them gradually as they go on sale.

Doomsday vehicles? I dunno, man. Oprressor MK2 outplays everything. Just wait for new content drop and see what'll happen.

the akula is worth it, same with the stromber, the deluxo is good if you dont already own a oppresor mk2.

 

in my opinion, the rest of the weaponized vehicles are meh and simply not worth the price.

Don't get a facility if you just want some Doomsday vehicles, the only ones that require a facility for storage are the Avenger, Khanjali, Chernobog, RCV and Thruster.

You can buy the rest without playing the doomsday heist. The Deluxo, Barrage and Stromberg can also be modified in the Mobile Operation Center in the bunker, and the Akula requires only a hangar.

However, if you intend to play the Doomsday Heist, get one by all means. You can do the whole thing with just 2 players.

First of all, you will be only getting deal prices when you will complete the heists, so unless you have a team of willing players it will take a long time, considering how ridiculous some of the missions are. Second, what vehicles are you talking about? For me, it's the Thruster, Akula and Stromberg. Combined difference for all of them will be 2.62 millions. Overall payouts from all 3 acts are 2.8 millions plus you will be fronting some costs. Unless you want more vehicles, like the Facility or want to use the Bogdan glitch, skip it. Or get the cheapest one without the upgrades. Honestly, always get the cheapest if you're asked should you get one and only pimp it if you're filthy rich.

it's worth it just for the heists alone imo. def a quality experience.

 

but i wouldn't prioritize it before long term money makers like the bunker, nightclub and vehicle warehouses.

I'd say you can make good money doing an entire runthrough of Acts 1-3. But, as I like to say; your job can only be done effectively if you have the right tools.

 

So in this case, it means you need at least one other friend to help you out, and a fast air vehicle for freeroam prep (CEO Buzzard, Oppressor, etc.)

 

Special Carbine Mk II or other precision weapons are actually a nice add-on for the finale missions, too, if you choose to invest in those. Having powerful weaponry, snacks and Body Armor on hand is highly recommended against some of the AI's godlike aim.

If you have 1 (or more, but 1 works fine) friend that wants to play these with you, I'd definitely do it. The missions are fun, the facility looks cool and the special vehicles can be a lot of fun too.

If you're solely a solo player, then don't bother with it. 

 

Also, if you buy one, don't get the one at Paleto Bay. It takes aloooong time to travel for the missions and is only useful for speedruns on Act2 finale. 

 

My suggestions for low budget Facilities. Windmill park, Lago Zancudo. 

If money isn't an issue, get the Grand Señora Desert Facility. (Elite challenges are all quite easy from this location and SS Airfield is right around the corner )

That is exactly what I did. On my main character I have Grand Senora Desert, on my secondary I have Paleto.

I just moved from zancudo ... there is a rock and a tree out front of the facility that are really annoying IMO lol ... but maybe u will be fine with it

I don't believe anyone mentioned this so I will add that getting your facility and completing the heists is associated with a nice handful of trophies/achievements, most of which are unmissable.
