Seriously though, this all seems infinitely worse than GTA's recycled and outdated discounts/promos and being left in the dark about whatever is coming next there.

Seems to be a bonus in gold for Stranger Missions. Just got 0.3 for completing a Horse theft, solo!

If there isn't any news about the next update coming today I wouldn't bother posting a Newswire if I was R*.

 

They'll be in for another kicking on social media later.

 

It's a shame that even as a fairly casual player, in terms of time played, I already feel like an end game player. I've got all the pamphlets that are worth having, 5 top tier horses, all the ability cards I need, all the guns I want, all the clothes I want, cash and a fair amount of gold saved and I'm above level 100 with nothing left to unlock.

 

Even if properties and/or businesses came in the next update, I don't think they will, but even if they did, I'm fairly confident I could buy into them with what I already have.

 

It took me years to get to that point in GTAO, but I already feel like I'm there in RDO, which is a shame.

The gold store was locked for a few hours last week and that was QUICKLY fixed and back up. Meanwhile the D.C. bug has been going on for nearly a week and not a fix or an acknowledgement.

Really boggles the mind when you look at other on-going games and they have expansions, balancing, QoL and all sorts of stuff out after 6 months and RDO has nothing more than a couple of rehashed modes, clothing and a couple of anti-griefing mechanics.

I'm still convinced it's nothing more than lip service.

 

I don't think we've seen anything added that wasn't planned, with the exception of the economy rebalancing, and in that instance I'm sure R* deliberately implemented a broken economy to give them the opportunity of rebalancing and looking like they were proactive when it inevitably needed fixing following the fan outrage.

It helps mark certain words as spam. Such as: "PvE", "Separate Lobbies", "Fix Stranger Missions", etc.

So much this. It’s like they got an unfinished game they hadn’t planned to make thrown in their lap like a hot potato, and just handed it to us and ran.
